Tried using ports 993 and 587 but no avail.

I even tried changing to aol.com to no avail. I have followed instructions on updating and checking proxy is off and sync is enabled and privacy settings in mail verified. The above works perfectly on my iPhone and Outlook, but not Windows 10 mail app. If you use the normal outgoing mail server the messages will not be sent. I actually talked to Roadrunner, and they said the outgoing mail server for phones is port is 587.ДЄlso, ensure Authentication is checked but SSL is not. It tries to auto-configure the settings, but if not, you would need to input the correct settings. It is most likely your email settings for the incoming and outgoing server.
